Divers encounter great white off Juno Beach

Divers in about 90 feet of water approximately 3.5 miles off the coast of Juno Beach encountered a 12-foot great white shark on Sunday.

Corey Embree, a dive instructor with Deep Six Dive Charters in Vero Beach, was able to shoot footage of the shark and posted it to his Facebook page. The shark did not appear to have a tracking tag installed on it.

It was the third sighting of a great white in the area in the last two weeks. There have been over a dozen confirmed sightings reported in Florida since December.
